CREW MEMBER SUPPORT

Quick access to live response team of medical providers for more in-depth triage for medical necessities, guidance & support, patient stabilization, and treatment deliveries. On-call response team has the ability to interpret 246 different languages.

PROPRIETARY TELEMEDICINE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE

Face-to-face medical provider
interaction and examination through our on-board telemedicine equipment and triage software connected to medical devices. Crew member does examination while our doctors and/or hospitals support remotely. Health care management team gets real-time data. On-board doctors are also available for direct medical assistance.

PASSENGER SUPPORT

PRE-TRAVEL MEDICAL SCREENING

We provide pre-travel access points to evaluate and determine passengers’ fitness to travel. Services are provided by our doctors and flight/cruise nurses who specialize in aeromedicine & offshore-medicine with vast knowledge of airline and cruise-line protocols for medical clearance.

IN-TRAVEL MEDICAL SUPPORT

We provide passengers with immediate medical care from our on-board doctors, and/or live access to our remote medical professional support team whilst in-travel. Together with our providers, we also implement coordination of care, interactive examination, and effective treatment plans. Our providers are able to quickly implement a plan of action to reduce anxiety in order to minimize the cause for panic for the patient, flight crew, and other passengers.

POST-TRAVEL MEDICAL SUPPORT

We provide on-going post-travel medical support to passengers who encountered a medical problem during their travels. Case monitoring, GOPs, and appropriate follow-up care management are facilitated for services through the appropriate on-ground medical providers, such as ground ambulance transport, hospital admission, doctors' appointments, medical escort, prescription orders and deliveries, and repatriation.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

If needed, we organize:

  • GOPs, cashless services, and/or payment deliveries on behalf of travelers, alert travelers' next of kin, and coordinate communication where needed

  • Cash-advances if included in plan benefits

  • Flight or other travel arrangements once traveler is stabilized and given medical clearance to travel or return home

  • Medical escort, med-evac, and repatriation
